The Cottage

The bright and airy open-plan cottage is cosy and welcoming throughout. It is located down a small lane leading to fields with some lovely public footpaths. Conveniently it is only a short walk from the many facilities that Tetbury has to offer.

INSIDE

Bedroom 1 - two twin single beds

OUTSIDE

There is a patio with seating table to the rear of the cottage (patio furniture may vary).
The patio overlooks the owners' grass paddock. From here you may spot deer or foxes and hear the resident owls.
A seasonal stream runs along one side of the property and to the other side is a generous parking area just for the cottage.
Guests are welcome to bring up to two vehicles.

SUITABILITY & YOUNG GUESTS

A seasonal tributary of the Tetbury Avon borders one side of the property. It normally flows in spring, autumn and winter but in heavy rain can flow in summer also. Throughout the year there is a drop from wall in front of the cottage into the stream bed. There is also an internal staircase to the owners' storage area. For these reasons we suggest adults or older children only.

LOCATION

The cottage is located down a small lane a short walk from Tetbury town centre yet with beautiful countryside only meters away.
There is a water treatment works at the very end of the lane which is accessed by the local water company. Occasionally, there can be some odour and although it is very rare.
Please note I am in the process of updating the map as the cottage is on the opposite side of the road as is currently shown and slightly closer to town.

A telephone is provided for incoming calls and emergency calls.
Dishwasher and washing machine are provided in the kitchen area.
The owners have a private upstairs area that is used for laundry and is not available to guests as there is no fire escape.
